Ayelet Amittay is a poet and nurse practitioner in Oregon. Her work has appeared or is forthcoming in Tupelo Quarterly, Michigan Quarterly Review, Indianapolis Review, Bellingham Review, Critical Care Nurse, and others. She has received a TENT fellowship from the Yiddish Book Center and a Parent-Writer fellowship from the Martha's Vineyard Institute of Creative Writing.  She was a finalist in the American Jewish Historical Society's Emma Lazarus Poetry Contest in 2021.
